Most jewelry items are one of a kind. When they are sold they can be remade in the same color ways,
but not necessarily in the same beads.
Prices & payment will be discussed only by phone or email.

Beads $200.00 is usually the minimum.

Beads can be returned but there is a restocking charge of 15% and shipping is at customer's expense.
Jewelry can be returned if it is not shop worn, and there is a 15% restocking charge and
shipping is at the customer's expense.

Murano beads are the highest quality possible, but they are made of glass and some times
the holes are not open, or the beads break. The broken beads, within reason, can be sent back
and will be replaced. A necklace repair will be made once with no charge except for the
shipping both ways. Or at Dale's discretion.

If the holes are not open and they can be opened this will be done and the beads sent back to you.
Or you will receive a credit. Again this depends on the circumstances and I will do what ever
I can to help you.
